Les has worn many hats over the last 22 years – Designer, Innovator, Technology and Marketing Executive. His record in the Worldwide Consumer / OEM markets is excellent, having made his mark with the following brands: Seiko, Epson, Simple Technology, Targus, Swiss Army/Wenger, HP, Dell, Lenovo, and Logitech, to name a few.


Rob Steven Williams
Co-founder & President

For the last 18 years Rob has worked on every company stage from Product Development, Design and Branding, Customer Development, Lean Launch, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, to exit. A few of the companies Rob has worked with include HotClick Video, Nirve Sports, SHOP.com, Panasonic, The Vans Warped Tour, Interscope Records, JustinTV, and Lil Jon.


Emmett Dunlap Jr.
Kross Precision, Canada

Emmett began his career in marketing over 20 years ago. Beginning in Los Angeles, CA and is now based out of Vancouver, British Columbia. Emmett is the Kross Precision Lead Executive for Canada and is instrumental to introducing Kross Precision products to the sports market both in the U.S.A. and Canada.

Ziggy began his career in visual entertainment as an art director during the “dot com boom.” As his list of clients grew to include many Fortune 500 companies, so did his expertise in online brand messaging and awareness. From there, Ziggy has worked to become an expert in each aspect of bringing unique and innovative campaigns to consumers.

Robert A. Parada
Sales & Marketing

Robert has worked in the areas of marketing, branding, design and sales for the past 15 years. He has managed campaigns and strategic partnerships with the UFC, ABA, Gibson Amphitheatre, Rockstar Energy Drink, Red Bull, Warner Bros. and Lionsgate. Robert graduated with a BA from California State University Northridge and is currently completing his MBA at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.


Kevin Black
Entertainment Ambassador

A 20+ year internationally-recognized urban music executive who started his career as a roadie for Run DMC and a street marketing representative for Def Jam where he helped break LL Cool J, Slick Rick, Public Enemy and many more. Kevin earned a senior management and executive positions with Interscope Records where he became Senior Vice President responsible for breaking Eminem, Dr. Dre, Tupac, Snoop, Keisha Cole, Robin Thicke, Lady GaGa, 50 Cent, Mary J. Blige, No Doubt, Limp Bizkit, Will Smith and many, many more. Then at Warner Brothers he became head of Urban Music reporting directly to the Chairman, leading their marketing strategies for Eric Benet, Brian McKnight, Madonna, Mike Jones, Linkin Park and signed Wiz Khalifa.
